ATSResume.app (“Service”, “we”, “us”) is a product of IAAA Technologies Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website and services at www.atsresume.app.

  • Account Information: Name, email address, and authentication credentials when you create an account (including via Google or GitHub sign-in).
  • Resume Data: Resume text, job descriptions, and related content you upload or enter for AI transformation and ATS scoring.
  • Payment Information: Payment details are processed securely by our third-party payment processors (Razorpay). We do not store your card numbers or UPI IDs on our servers.
  • Usage Data: Browser type, device information, IP address, pages visited, and interaction patterns collected automatically to improve our Service.
  • Cookies: We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including AI-powered resume transformation and ATS scoring.
  • Process transactions and send related information (purchase confirmations, credit updates).
  • Send administrative messages, security alerts, and support communications.
  • Analyze usage trends to improve features, performance, and user experience.
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues or fraudulent activity.

4. AI Processing

When you use our AI resume transformation features, your resume content and job descriptions are sent to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and xAI) for processing. These providers process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not use your resume data to train AI models. Your content is processed solely to generate your transformed resume and ATS analysis.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Service (cloud hosting, payment processing, AI providers, analytics).
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.

6. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored using Firebase (Google Cloud Platform) infrastructure with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account and resume data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may delete your account and associated data at any time from your account settings. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes after account deletion.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing of your data.
  • Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
