1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ATSResume.app (“Service”), operated by IAAA Technologies Pvt Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ATSResume.app is an AI-powered resume optimization platform that helps users transform their resumes to score higher on Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). The Service includes resume transformation, ATS scoring, resume building, PDF export, and related features.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
  • You may not create multiple accounts to abuse free credits or circumvent limits.

4. Credits & Payments

  • Certain features of the Service (such as PDF downloads) require credits, which can be purchased through our payment system.
  • All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By making a purchase, you also agree to the payment processor's terms of service.
  • Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law.
  • Credits do not expire and are tied to your account.
  • Prices are displayed in INR or USD based on your location and are subject to change with notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Upload content that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on third-party rights.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service or extract data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without our written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, code, AI models, templates, and branding, is the property of IAAA Technologies Pvt Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • Your Content: You retain ownership of the resume content and job descriptions you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
  • Generated Output: The AI-transformed resumes and analyses generated by the Service are provided for your personal use. You may use them freely for job applications and professional purposes.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence to transform and optimize resumes. While we strive for accuracy and quality:

  • AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before use.
  • ATS scores are estimates based on our scoring algorithms and may not perfectly reflect the scoring of every ATS system.
  • We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in job interviews or employment offers.
  • You should not include false or misleading information in your resume, even if suggested by the AI.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • In no event shall IAAA Technologies Pvt Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IAAA Technologies Pvt Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

  • You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused credits may be forfeited upon termination for cause.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
